"Hotel focuses on Time shares. The hotel does include a water park but it does cost money to enter it. There are other various pools you can swim at for no additional cost. My biggest gripe was no breakfast. I wasn't expecting free breakfast, but to at least go to the hotel restaurant and purchase it. So if you do plan to stay here don't expect many breakfast options, plan to bring and cook it for yourself or to go to an external location. The rooms were clean and it's nice to have more than one bedroom. The beds weren't super comfortable. Overall it's great if you have a larger group and want to be in the same space and have an air bnb vibe."

"The hotel rooms need more trash cans. There was only one can and it was in the bathroom. Also, the lack of desk space/storage for clothing is an issue. I couldn’t imagine staying for multiple nights and having to organize. "

"Shuttle was great and so was dining room. Pool was great! A little “dingy” but not too bad. Still a fabulous vacation with a “resort” feel to it. "

"The villas were perfect for my family of 4. It came completely equipped for a small apartment. Which in turn helped with the cost. Additionally, we also had the experiece of a hotel.The perfect balance. My kids loved the pool and arcade. Hibby and I enjoyed the restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend. "

"The resort is a little dated but good value for the money especially when taking advantage of the large condos. Very family friendly pool."

"We had a recently renovated room. It was good, but the shower is very small and it's hard to move around in there. The towels are also very small (both bath and pool towels) and thin. The bed was also not that comfortable and made a lot of noise when I got up from it. It was also kind of ridiculous to charge $50 for early check-in when our room was clearly ready. I've never had to pay that at other properties. Overall, we liked the food options and the water park. The luau was also very good."
