"We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon."

"Don't stay at this location until it is completely updated. It looks like scenes out of a horror movie you're unsure the elevator's going to work, as you walk around the place on the first floor You have wallpaper with holes in it a door missing a handle that you could have peep through to see the other side, place wreaked of chlorine or we depending on which floor you are on. They did not check the room before giving it to us to make sure everything was adequate. "

"Stayed for two nights. Overall a good option when staying in downtown Cleveland. Close to most things downtown Cleveland. People at the front desk, while knowledgeable, can be a little more people friendly. The room was good overall. Would stay again."

"I arrived on a Friday it was busy but we got checked in immediately the lady at the front desk greeted me assured I had a nice room and if I needed anything feel free to let staff know I got to my room which was on the 31st floor it was nice and clean with a beautiful view it was an amazing stay will return again "

"Needs some upgrades. Staff was friendly and it is a convenient location to airport. Elevators were not working and the Kureg in my room did not work."

"This is a beautiful hotel from the online pictures. When I was unable to attend and attempted to cancel over 48hrs in advance, I was transferred between departments for days with a (Will respond within 72 hours). Still have not received response or refund. Would not recommend. "
