The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."

"The staff throughout were very unhelpful. On the booking, it does not state that the parking resets at 3pm everyday so you actually pay £10 a day. The staff were unhappy about helping in any situation. The room is extremely basic. I was staying for my night shifts and there was no water bottles or fridge in the room to store food. Despite having a do not disturb sign outside the room, someone decided to violently knock on the door to ask if I'm still staying in the room. Very disappointed...
