"Clean room, pleasant and efficient staff, good breakfast "

"Breakfast was okay, room size and facility was good but very tired and in need of a refurb. The shower was poor and the bath seal had black mould and should have been replaced. The common area was being refurbished which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. The noise was terrible, I don’t know how the staff were able to work with such loud noises constantly happening throughout the day. The location is great and lots to see and do nearby after a full room refurb we would consider returning. "

"Excellent if you are looking for your own private room. Not very expensive, close to some big attractions also the underground is about one block away from hotel "

"The hotel was clean and the rooms, although small were well appointed and comfortable. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the sound proofing in our room was very poor. It was impossible to sleep with the constant noise of the traffic outside throughout the night. The windows should be triple glazed. "

"Great location, everything is clean. The water pressure and temperature at the shower is great! The restaurant has a beautiful view, coffee is great, you'll find fruit and everything that you need for your own version of an English breakfast. Everyone at the front desk were really helpful, they helped me and made my stay and trip so much better. "
