"The air conditioning wasnt working properly it got hot in our room "

"Always a great stay. We stay here after our night flight to be able to head directly to Orlando parks early the next morning."

"Our only issue was that we arrived a few hours before check in time and were told no rooms were availble. We checked back every hour as told by staff. A room was made available to a travelling companion which was fine but we saw two other griops get rooms that came after us and we had to wait longer. Not sure of the circumstances but this let us wondering why we did not get a room even though we had inquired before others"

"Clean room, about 15 minute drive from universal, lots of food options close by, for me the beds aren't the mos comfortable to sleep on but gets the job done "
