"Bed/mattress was the worst we've had in years of various hotel stays. Breakfast was sub par and eggs were empty, sausage patties were discolored and tasteless, hot potatoes were tough to even chew. Usually no staff to be seen and vacant at front desk. Would NEVER go back to this place. "

"The hotel was clean however it looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was sketchy a the “security” doors did not work so anyone could enter. The hot tub was not hot and did not work. My kids enjoyed the pool, that is probably the best amenity. The breakfast was cheap but the room was ok. The air worked great although it was loud. It was the economical choice for us and you get what you pay for. "

"Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort. "

"After the shock of the pet fee at check-in that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process and the first room smelling of smoke and a pet had peed on the corner of the bed the staff moved us into a different room that was clean but lacked the basic amenities."

"Our condo was immaculate and very large. Beds very comfortable, on the firm side. We had a top floor facing the golf course so it was very quiet and had lots of natural light. If you were on the street side, it would be noisier. Also close to the local airport so there was plane noise in the morning. The grounds aren’t lush, but well maintained. This is not a fancy resort property but right off the freeway so convenient to everything. It’s is an office park area, not a residential area. "

"Great location, within walking distance perhaps 10-12 minutes, if you are going to the princess light show. Toddler loved the kid pool play area. "
