"I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to for Surfsand Resort. We loved this place! The views were phenomenal, the check-in was amazing (beers for the adults; cookies and ice cream for the kiddo), the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will be back!"

"There were bad stains on the carpet going up the stairs. The drawers in the kitchen hit the refrigerator when opening. There were stains on the inside shower curtain, and the living room drapes. We have stayed there 4 times and this is the first time we have experienced so many stains. "

"Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel we got the most expensive room and it wasn’t even one that was renovated. The person that checked us in was rude and when we asked for another towel she got snippy with us and said do we really need another towel. The bath tub in our room had brown liquid running down from the spout and the back door didn’t lock. I felt very unsafe. The bed was also hard as a rock and caused me and my husband sever pain in our backs. I will not be returning until they finish their renovations even then I might not even return. "
