Beautiful property with river views. Easy access to the trolley and walking path. The room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom has plenty hot water and great pressure. Parking was just outside the door. The breakfast was included in the price of th we room. There where many choices of both food and drink. The staff checked frequently to make sure all was fresh and well stocked. The only downside was having to pack up and head home.

View is incredible. The bathroom in my room wasn’t the best, it was pretty dingy and the shower was super old. Otherwise, the view was one of the best I’ve ever had and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The hotel has an amazing view of the river. The balcony was very relaxing to enjoy meals while enjoying the view and getting fresh air. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent .

Well I stayed here years ago and that room must have been remodeled and under different management. The room I stayed in recently in May of ‘26 was dirty, items broken and did I mention dirty. Dog hair on the sheets and comforter. Which one must ask were they properly washed?! Other than that broken curtains and a funky smell with a weird noise from the fan. The floor leaned one way and the toilet was crooked. When I handed in the key on check out the people at the desk didn’t ask how my stay was and that’s probably because no one has anything good to say. What really got me was the sheets who knows what’s in that bed my ear bud rolled under the bed and good lord that’s never been vacuumed. Feel I need a tetanus shot after staying there. Never again. One star

Our room was at the far end mainly because it was the only first floor room available and we, in our 70s, could not carry our bags upstairs (no elevator). Parking was convenient, right in front of our door. Unfortunately, there was a garbage can very close by, and there was a foul smell that seemed to be coming, not only from the garbage can, but from a pile of wood underneath the stairs outside our door. I saw cobwebs in the room. The bathroom was clean, which is a plus. However, for a two-night stay with no maid service, there were only two bath towels. I know we’re supposed to re-use to reduce water usage, but when I’m on vacation, I do like fresh towels. The shower was very nice. There was one young woman at Reception who was very personable and helpful. The rest were not. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not try the breakfast so we’re no help with that. I would not stay there again personally, but I do know people who liked it, so I wouldn’t tell anyone not to. There is a very nice restaurant, Bridgewater Bistro, within walking distance in a beautiful refurbished historic building. We highly recommend it.

Staff was amazing. Make sure you pay attention to what they tell you about parking. The port own the lot and they don’t play. As long as you follow their rules, you’re totally good! Comfy beds. Great view. We will be back.

Wasn't as expected as far as appearance of room nothing like the pictures showed.. There were members of the staff that were rude.. We had scheduled a cleaning for when we would be out of our room..It didnt happen they told us our room was locked from the inside which it couldn't have been because we were gone..So our four night stay they didn't clean.. When staff brought us towels up they were rude.

Not a place i would recommend.Had a blood stain on the curtain even.Toilet would not flush unless held down for ten seconds or more.The floor of the bathroom needed cleaning as it was black in the grout area from water from the shower spilling out from the shower curtain because it was not able to control the shower water from getting all over.Parking was limited also.The Mattress was extremely hard also.This was my second time staying here but wont be back.

Limited parking and when fully booked you have to pay to park in the Port parking that surrounds the hotel. One or more units damaged by a recent car accident. Our unit’s sinks were both clogged, no alternative accommodations or other offers made. 2 of 3 staff that we spoke to were kind in speaking with us, the 3rd acted like me checking in to let them know we were out of the unit for the day was annoying to her. Breakfast filled the void but not much more, the woman servicing it seemed crabby with patrons asking if there was more sausage.

I feel this place was advertised as very good when in reality it is very bad. It was disgusting and as soon as I checked in and looked around I checked out and went somewhere else. Deteriorating roof, cracks in bathroom, dusty bathroom fan, patched up walls, stains on walls, bedding smelled, old decor, just disgusting.

The location was perfect for us. A nice selection for breakfast as well and beverages available all day. The shower was really great. The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions and gave good tips for restaurants. And made sure we knew where to get on the shuttle as well as the trolley. Definitely would stay there again.

Good value for the price. The large king suite had ample living room, bedroom and 1.5 baths. Carpets need replaced as are stained but everything else was neat. The main bathroom was really large. Great view of the bridge, river and marina. Quiet.
