"The property is beautiful and the Staff and wonderful. The room wasn’t clean to my standards. I always take a cleaning, wipe and clean all surfaces and unfortunately, this time the room was very dirty. Light switches handles remotes tables. If you stay here, it is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff is wonderful, but make sure you wipe down all surfaces with a sanitary wipe."

"THIS HOTEL DOES NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS ON THEIR BEDS. Upon checking into my hotel room, I looked at the sheets to make sure they were changed, and there was multiple strands of hair in the bed. I went to the front desk and told them I wanted a new room because the sheets were not changed. They moved me into another room with two beds and I checked each of those beds and both of the beds also had hair! The hotel staff was very nice and refunded me. However, I cannot recommend staying here. The cleaning crew is only remaking the beds without changing the sheets. Gross!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!"
