「Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

「I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid.
