「We had a really disappointing experience with Powhatan Motel. After driving 16 hours on a long road trip, we arrived around 3am expecting to check in, since the motel clearly advertises a 24-hour front desk and check-in availability after 4pm.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was no one available at the front desk, no way to check in, and no communication whatsoever from the property. We were completely exhausted and left stranded in the middle of the night with a valid...

「Veronica at front desk made our late night check in a breeze and was very conscientious. Hotel room was very large and comfortably accommodated our family of 5 with 2 queens, a pull out bed, and a crib available. Breakfast was restaurant quality! 」
