「Kelly straightened out a schedule mistake on my part and helped:)」

「The room is all right but the staffs are all very nice」

「Great Visit. Staff was great. Had a few problems with water due to broken pipe but staff handles well. Food was amazing. Not just for hotel. All around!」

「I usually LOVE staying at Embassy Suites but this experience was far from great and I will never stay at this location ever again. We booked this hotel last minute due our sons football game. My self and other parents decided to help put together snack bags for the team. We went downstairs as it provided more space for the bags. As we were outing the bags together and conversing, we were approached by “Luke” I assume the security guard. We had beverages sitting out, a glass cup that was provided...

「The two bedroom suite was the perfect set up. We each had our own room and our own bathroom. The location was great. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Was easy to get to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods area. The only reason we didn’t give a higher rating was due to noise from other rooms. We would definitely come here again.」

「Good experience 」

「Room was very clean. Available early. Staff were very friendly. Centrally located around restaurants and shopping areas」

「Perfect and convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「This trip all of the slides were operational so that was great. The lines for the elevator were long. Next time lower floor so we can take the stairs😉 The sausage links were raw inside, they did pull them after I showed them. The waitress poured cold coffee in my cup. All whatever except it’s a $30 breakfast so you would expect a little better. We need to plan a little better to bring breakfast next time. The trick or treating was only 5 stops so unsure if that was worth bringing costumes...

「The staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable!」

「Very good would recommend」
