"I booked a club room as normally club rooms are always stocked with some sort of light snacks and drinks. This one was completely bare, except from the hours of 3 to 5 PM when they do a happy hour also they give you coupons to use at their marketplace downstairs, however it was never open my entire time being here. I went down to check at 9 AM 12 PM and 3 PM on Friday Saturday and Sunday in the marketplace was never open the one good thing I will say it’s a spa was incredible again I got a 10% coupon to use at the marketplace which was never opened. I also requested late checkout and paid an additional fee for that but my door was knocked on three different time from housekeeping and management. If I was still in the room clearly there was a lack of communication. "

"Tried to gift our parents with a night away. When they arrived, there was blood all over the wall of their room and a strong smell of bleach. They went down to change rooms "

"I arrived at my room 150 to find mold behind the sink, dust and cobwebs on the mirror, countertop dirty. The front door area to the room was an old drop selling with broken panels, rust on supports. In the bathroom water leaking from the heat light. The room was horrible. was moved to room 428 it was a little more livable, but still not anywhere near a 2-star hotel. I would never stay here or recommend any one to stay here."

"3000 mile road trip and this was the best breakfast with clean rooms and a nice view. Best Western seems to be improving their game!"

"This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy and it is absolutely complimentary! Anytime we need to stay in a hotel, it will always be the Drury! Thank you staff for a great stay"

"My kids loved this hotel the pool was warm enough to enjoy the staff was very friendly and the next morning when we got breakfast there was a good variety everything was fresh. We’ve gone to this hotel twice now and no complaints it couldn’t be better."
