「Room was as expected, nothing special, nothing bad. This is the worst Casino I’ve ever been to. Heads up, no smoking, no alcohol on the casino floor, no craps due to staffing post Covid is what one of the dealers told me. Food was also sub par, ordered nachos, Chips were beyond stale, waitress, “ok, I’ll let them know.” No resolution offered after that. Needless to say, I will return the 30th of Neveruary and if anyone asks? Yeah don’t waste a dime there.」

「This was my second time staying here. Last time was over five years ago. I forgot how truly beautiful this resort is. It’s everything you look for in a resort. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and jacuzzi. The room itself is stunning and unlike any other room I’ve ever been too. Staff is genuine and accommodating. Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend to say the least. 」

「Property is fine but there isn't a benefit that justifies the higher price tag. Albuquerque is not a big town and can easily move from another hotel to the casino/course/event venue almost as fast as it takes you to park and walk back to the hotel. We called to enquire if early check in was an option and they mentioned it wasn't for "our room type".
