「Loved the hotel and area. AC in room was LOUD. Asked them to fixed/take a look at it and if they did, could not tell the difference. Was not offered any other options. 」

「I'll start by saying that I like this place, and have stayed here several times. The rooms are huge, the entire venue is smartly decorated, and the grounds are beautiful. There are fun and interesting events planned throughout the month, and the pool club is well maintained and equipped with a bar. However, expectations should be lowered regarding staff service and interactions (I've come to accept this, and simply adjust my expectations when staying here).
