"Overall, it's a nice property, but very overpriced. Staff is very friendly and property is very well maintained, outside of the room we stayed on. First appearance of our room was very dirty. There was an orange peal on the remote for the tv, dirt and crumbs on top the stand tv was on, sand covering the floor everywhere, and even in both beds. The first night we had not even been on or near the beach and it was like the sheets were never cleaned before we got there. "

"Property was clean, views were amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort offered multiple dining options and everything we ate was freshly prepared. We enjoyed the spa service as well. There are still some minor repairs to be completed (ie Tennis court surface and sporting complex in general) from Hurricane Ian but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. We truly enjoyed everything and would definitely go back."

"Marina location in a residential area. Easy drive from Ft Myers. A car is a must .Restaurants on premises as well as nearby. All rooms have lanais and lovely water views. Staff is generous and helpful with plenty of towels and bottled water. There are three pools on the property, one of which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was crowded with many noisy children and toddlers who didn’t contribute to a peaceful, relaxing environment you would anticipate. With the exception of the noisy pool, it is a very nice facility in all regards."

"We found the property very handy to the beach and spent a lot of time by the pool. The room was very clean - the staff sweeps the sand out every day. Some of our family was staying at the next property and we could easily walk across the lots in seconds. The BRGR restaurant was very handy so no need to get in the car to eat. The area has bike paths so walking and biking was pleasant. The drawbacks were minor: tiny bathroom with no vent, and the lounges by the pool were extremely uncomfortable, with a metal bar hitting the wrong place underneath and with a big gap between the back and the flat part where you might want to put your bottom. "

"Property was in a convenient area to where I needed to be with plenty of parking. Had no issues during my stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Room and property was clean. Only improvements I can think of is to have some cosmetic improvements such as touch up pairing on the doors and some areas of the walls as well as softer towels"
