卡普提瓦海灘飯店，旅行前必看！

「Housekeeping Cynthia was so kind and super sweet! Poor bar staff was incredible and attentive! Checking in was depressing because the lady clearly didn’t want to be there. We walked in all excited and she was awful and kept making comments to the lady standing next to her at the other computer (wish we would have gone to her instead). Then there was no parking even though we paid for it. We noticed only a few cars had parking passes and the rest didn’t. Then people were hogging 6+ chairs at 7am...

「They should have BreakFast available. And more variety of Food . Also the TiKiBar should have more special drinks. At the time of check In , Rooms should be Ready at the exact time or before , NOT later.」

「Came into town late and expected to get a Hilton quality hotel and that it wasn’t. I prefer Hyatt every time. Our toilet overflowed first thing in the morning. The maintenance man was super quick to get up there. But they left wet towels on the floor and also water on the floor. I had to request to be removed to a new room which they finally did. And we really had no other problems in the room. I did walk through the lobby two or three times right past the front desk and not one employee said...
