"The bed could be upgraded, but other than that- it was perfect. I've stayed her many times and it is always nice. The bar is particularly nice. The location is perfect."

"The room had a very STRONG unpleasant smell and was told couldn't change rooms because they were completely booked and I booked through a 3rd party. I asked for some kind of disinfectant or smell spray, never received. I had to buy my own and use my expensive parfume to mask the smell. I was up all night coughing from the smell, had to put vicks vapor rub in my noise.I asked for a discount and was told it will go on a card/ not fully funded so that i can go elsewhere but everywhere i looked was booked. I also asked for an iron/ ironing board and was told only certain rooms have them. The bathroom door knob on both sides were broken and a dent in the door, my hubby noticed what looked like slashes from a knife in curtains. I will NEVER stay here again I dont care how reasonable the price is or if they gave me a room for free and I stayed in all types of hotels that are low budget."

"The listing on hotels.com indicates that the unit would be a smoking room. However upon check-in there were signs posted all over the establishments saying that there is no smoking in any of the rooms. The reason why I chose that place is because it had a smoking room. The safety door on the external portion of the unit does not engage so anyone can enter whenever they want. It boasts a continental breakfast which there was none. Just a microwave. The TV wasn't connected to the cable there are batteries missing from the remote. When filling the tub it doesn't stay filled it drains almost immediately."

"Restaurant has improved tremendously but breakfasts are now horrible: fake eggs, cold potatoes, and terrible coffee. And front desk is horrible. We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back."

"We found 3 bugs in our room- they weren’t bed bugs maybe some type of stink bug the very kind manager suggested. For the price we had to pay for grad weekend we shouldn’t have been forced to deal with dead bugs. The hotel is old, out dated and had a musty smell. The manager was so nice but that is about all I can say."
