"Great time abd location."

"> **Subject: Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism** > We recently stayed at this property for a couple of nights and were highly disappointed with the overall experience. > * **Check-In Issues:** We arrived after midnight to find the front desk completely unattended. After knocking on doors for several minutes, a staff member finally appeared. Furthermore, the check-in area felt unorganized, with a personal prayer space set up right on the corner of the front counter. > * **Misleading Cancellation Policy:** Due to the poor conditions, we requested to cancel our second night. While the staff verbally assured us that cancellation would be free of charge, we were ultimately charged against what we were promised. > * **Disturbances & Facilities:** The hotel was undergoing construction during our stay. Staff members were replacing carpets, creating a high level of noise and disruption. > * **Staff & Amenities:** The staff lacked professional attire, which set a poor tone for the establishment. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of very low quality, with the exception of the fresh apples, which were the only saving grace. > Between the noise, the misleading communication regarding fees, and the lack of basic professional standards, we cannot recommend this hotel."

"Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"
