"Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. This is normal so be sure to bring your own. Brit’s provides water, coffee, and hot chocolate free of charge. The TV shows regular British tv but you can chromecast to watch any shows you’d regular watch while home. The concierge is also nice! Great attitudes, helpful and around 24 hours. It’s a safe area close to the Earl’s court station and close enough to walk to Kensington Palace qnd Kensington High Road with all the shopping. There are plenty of restaurants near - our favorite was Masala Zone and Kappa. We frequented Sainsbury, grocery, way too much. Last but least, there is a small fridge in the room and a microwave available onsite which is great if you want to have snacks and enjoy food while in your room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"everything was so nice! i felt so safe and cozy as a solo traveler here. i wish there were fridges but did just fine without one! they had little snacks in a vending machine, tea/hot drinks 24/7, and a lovely staff. location was super convenient and i felt right at home! i will be staying here next time i’m in town. thank you all!"

"Clean and new rooms. The room had AC and heater, USB charger in the walls (in case your uk plug adapter fails like ours did, we came from the US). Stable free WiFi (worked perfectly fine with NordVPN). One detail is that at night you can hear the tube train passing every now and then but it wasn't too noticable. The breakfast was cheaper than any other options around (it was 10.99 per adult) and it tasted very good, we were pleasantly surprised, especially that kids eat breakfast for free (we had 4 kids so it definitely made it a great deal)."

"It was lovely. We were greeted warmly and offered a discount car’s for a cocktail in the bar. My room was nicely kitted out and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The bar and restaurant were staffed with really good staff and my food and drinks were great. Top draw"

"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable.
