I think this is newly buit. Everything was brand new. It was very spacious, has two TVs, kitchen and even laundry machine. It was super affordable compared to other hotels.

This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed in the Grand Japanese room and it was great. Had plenty of space which is rare in Japan. Was also close within a few minutes walking to the train station as well as restaurants. Had a Lawson downstairs and two other supermarkets across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood also. I would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Nikko recently and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location alone makes it worth the trip — right on Lake Chuzenji, with the mountains and waterfalls of Nikko all around. It feels super peaceful and completely different from the city ...

This place was amazing! The half board dinner was incredible, the location was stunning. The mineral hot spring was just what I needed after days of traveling. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and can’t wait to come back!
