Botan is a ramen shop and their thick noodles and rich soup is absolutely delicious.

They are famous for tsuke-men (ramen with a separate bowl of soup) but their specialty Botan ramen is just as delicious. It comes in three different types of soup: soy sauce, miso, and spicy miso.

They also have a variety of side menus such as gyoza. All worth a try if you're ever in Tochigi prefecture!

Location: 12min walk from Tochigi Station on the JR and Tobu lines.
