「Unbelievable views from our villa patio. Staff was the best we have every had at any resort. Loved our villa pool, privacy, yoga by the pool, staff led hikes, included breakfast. 10 out of 10!」

「We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit.」

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why:
