「Room had roaches everywhere I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up because they kept walking around. The bathroom smelled like dirty cleaning water, the walls were cracked like it had an mini earthquake, some of the walls had paint stripped off and smoke ashes in my room phone as well as on the bed and the bed had multiple blood spots. Do not go to this location if you can avoid it. The tissue holder in the restroom look like it can give you a disease.」

「My first time in Georgia and this hotel was phenomenal, it was quiet relaxing and very comfortable. If ever I return to Georgia I will definitely stay there again.」

「The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.」

「When entering the room, the smell of mold was very strong. The bathroom floor was wet and the ceiling had black mold on it. The bathroom fan did not work and the sheets felt damp. The breakfast that was offered was fine other than the coffee which was almost like water. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Only complaint was the TV didn't work.」
