「Very clean, great rooms, location was convenient to downtown」

「I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.」

「Hair and cigarette ashes were in the bed. The towels were dirty and doors are locked but completely closed, you can still see outside the edges of the door.」
