「The hotel was beautiful and our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. Staff was helpful and attentive. Enjoyed being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants (Starlight Diner, Red Bud Cafe, and Rossellinis were our favorites). We honestly never used the pool because we were in the ocean instead, but pool area was never overly crowded and was always clean. 「The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels. The customer service was excellent in helping us extend our stay. We would definitely book again for the price for the service alone.」

「I was dissatisfied with Expedia since I thought I ordered an ocean view but it was actually an obstructed view. In addition the shower rod fell and the hotel would not reimburse me because I had to get a credit from Expedia which I do not understand. I would not recommend this property even though the beach was very nice」

「Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. 「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」
