「Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. 「The room was clean, staff were very nice, parking was free and right next door. The only real problem was that we showed up at 4pm for check in and the line to check in was 20+ long. Then when we finally got to the front desk our room was not ready. Our room did not become available until almost 7pm at night.
