The property design was incredible and the food unmatched. I stayed there for a conference and it was outstanding! However, there was one front desk who was extremely rude to myself and comes to find out other attendees at the conference. She always seemed too busy or too overwhelmed and her responses were not hospitable. I am a business owner and that type of behavior would not be allowed. There was another lady however at the front desk who was such a pleasure. She was kind and friendly and so beautiful! I made sure to direct questions to her moving forward. The hotel also missed somewhere to sit or put your leg on in the shower. It’s almost impossible for a female to shave like this safely without something. Otherwise had a great trip! I wouldn’t stay there again unless it was another conference. Nothing for vacation or anything like that!
