「Perfect place close to the beach, just cross the street and walk thirty steps past a couple apartments and you’re there. So close that if u need to go to the bathroom it’ll take u 2 minutes to walk. The hotel is very clean and equipped w a refrigerator and microwave. They have beach towels and boogey boards you can use for free! The people are super nice! The place does seem a little old but if u want the beautiful newport beach, this is the place!」

「We stay here annually. Location is convenient, probably the main reason to book here. Rooms are comfortable. Carpet in the halls could use a cleaning and the AC was a little noisy this year but those are my only real complaints. For first timers, parking is tight so plan for smaller rental vehicle to prevent struggles.」
