I loved that it was so close to everything. Our room 4 was in the corner of a very busy street therefore was very noisy all night. Thank god for our noise machine. Other than that it was very convenient.

If you're looking for a nice affordable room just a block away from the beach and a short walk to Newport Pier - this is it! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nicely updated. I will definitely be staying here again.

This is a very convenient little inn. Pros: Accessable to the area Quite Fairly priced Cons: Lack of service or some amenities ( room was missing toilet paper and upon check out no one was at the front desk.) Deposit fee is kind of pricy for a night and being told that an early check in would be $40 dollars when you arrive 15 mins before is just off putting. Area not made for taller people hit my head twice going to room ( not really there issue more of an inconvenience for taller people) I would stay again even knowing the cons but just completely downgrade my expectation or spring another place that was comparable to the price of a one night stay.
