"This place was horrific. It was hot as hell. The air kept cutting off. The room was the size of a shoe box. The elevators were extremely crowded and at one point we waited 25 mins to get one. And the parking garage is 10 blocks away so you have to valet your car for $95 per day. The staff were amazing but other than that it was gross. "

No dresser,the bathroom had mounds of mold . Dirt on the walls in the room also. Rude maria at check in was doing nothing and just making me wait for fun. Until I showed her proof of a medical situation and need to get a room, it then took a second to getting a key. The only plus was the very nice man at luggage hold, always smiling, seemed to always be there. Stay far away from this property unacceptable in every way… lies at every turn"
