"We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"The rooms are old but that was to be expected. The pillows and beds were really not good. The other issue was the radiator made constant noise a dripping sound. Then the elevator going yo and down would wake me up as the sound insulation was bad. And the cherry in the cake was I went down for breakfast thinking it was included the lady didn't tell me I didn't order breakfast half way through taking my 2 baby croissants she told me I didn't order breakfast and I was literally dishing things up so they charged me 25 euro for the most pathetic breakfast ever. The hotel could be si much better with some minor improvements. Especially as a budget hotel but there were some really annoying things. "

"Room was a reasonable size, staff were friendly, location and price were good. I would have preferred the option to make a cup of tea on my room. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay, ( not the hotels fault). Having the facilities to make a hot drink in my room would have been most welcome. The need to get dressed to go to the lobby to purchase a drink whilst unwell was not an ideal situation. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
