Great stay in hotel. Room is clean but you have to be close to the person you are sharing with as the shower opens into the room. Staff very friendly and nice bar area. Would definitely stay again

Rooms were a great size and spotlessly clean. Marshall amps in each room were very tempting but I never heard anyone fully rocking out with a it of the guitars available so either every guest was very respectful or the noise proofing very good. The eco friendly approach to linens was novel, finally a hotel that rewards you for being environmentally conscious!

It’s a nice hotel, similar to citizen M checkin experience and bar service. The bread was cold and dry, the food variety is limited, would be nice to have scrambled or sunny side up eggs, rather than only boiled eggs. The staff are well trained and are service minded, polite and helpful. The rooms are good, clean. Pillows are less than basic. Shower and other amenities are very good.

Okay for a short trip

25 walk from the Dom. hotel was a bit too automated for our liking, although the staff were excellent. Tea and coffee only available is a booth on each floor, with a precarious hot water dispenser, I burned my finger. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and plenty of them. Could do with comfier chairs in the bar/restaurant. Nice selection at breakfast.

Highly recommended hotel in Cologne.

Lovely hotel we stay at for the same business trip annually. Comfy beds, modern rooms with great facilities and the most amazing in-room shower & sink area with the best light-up mirror. Love it and wouldn't enjoy anywhere else in Cologne as much.

>The staff was friendly. >The hotel is modern, new and located close to the city hart of Cologne. >The bar is nice. >Price/quality was not okay; It was not worth the price. >The AC / heating system does not work well: I had to turn off the heating system during the night a couple of times because it went on and on again on 22 degrees. >The construction of the shower is not done well; half the room gets wet when you take a 5 min shower (water flows on the ground into the room). >Although the staff was friendly, it took them 30 minutes to prepare a drink at the bar. There should be more focus on the staff. All together: 3.0 out of 5 stars.

Nicely decorated, well appointed and spacious room. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants and a quick U-Bahn ride to the centre. Galleys on the 2nd and 4th floor with a coffee/tea station and ironing board is a nice touch. Self-check in process took longer and seemed to require inputting far more information that usual when a member of staff checks me in. It was annoying after a long day of work and travelling and felt very impersonal. It just seems like a way to cut costs for the hotel and more work for the customer. Was given the choice between a welcome drink and room cleaning for the second day of my stay. I don’t see why it should be one or the other but I chose the celaning service and my room looked barely cleaned the next day with the floor dirty and the bedding looking messy. Again just seemed like another way to cut costs and standard of service.

Amazingly clean room, simple, but stylish and great for a weekend break. The glass partition wall between bedroom and shower could be a test for friends sharing a room (there is a curtain, but I’m not sure how private this is). Staff were very nice and helpful. Check-in/checkout were effortless. Whilst there are no kettles in rooms each floor has a pantry where you can get teas and coffees at no extra cost.
