One night Cologne family trip.

We stayed here as a one night stay as a family on route down to Switzerland, it was a little challenging to find the hotel park through google maps and were provided with a room with two doubles when I had asked for single beds in the children room but the hotel staff where really accommodating and helpful. We all slept amazing well after a long journey.

Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The toilet bowl had water stains where previously had a leak. The shower cubicle was not perfectly clean due to some water stains. The limescale from the bidet tap was not fully descaled especially the base of the tap. One of the towels provided was old and shredded along the sides. Initially when we came into the room the complimentary bottle of water was missing however after we left the room and returned later the bottle of water was provided. The room service was slightly disappointing because a used glass was not replaced. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The aircon was working well. Location was not the closest to the city however it is walkable (20 minutes).

Great hotel, in excellent location. Mediapark is a great place to stay- lovely lake, nearby walks and easy walkable distance to all key sights. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Air conditioning isnt great, but powerful fans are available. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

We had a great stay for 3 nights here. It was such a beautiful location - lovely walking out to the water, and behind was a lovely park. The bed was comfy, room was spacious. We had to take the key card out at night as it was really loud (the actual slot seemed to make a vibration noise, as well as the air con). We also said we’d appreciate another pillow, although they probably would’ve provided them had we asked. We didn’t eat here or have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall a great stay, thanks very much!

Good hotel

The hotel is lovely and the staff were great. The only issue is that our air conditioning didn't work so the room was very warm. The location is about 20 minute walk to the Dom, there were also restaurants and bars around the hotel area.

Room is large with comfort bed. Shower, however, water temperature sometimes is not stable. Location is great if you're driving, 5 mins away from highway entrance. Would recommend it.

Nice hotel. It has a sweet small bar area. Breakfast was ok but not worth the money. Allowing for late breakfasts, would clearly help as the restaurant area was overfull when we ate there. Coffee machine in the room was a pleasant plus. Bed was quite hard but not uncomfortable. Service was very good.

The room was very spacious an clean. The bed was super confortable. The shower was absolutely lovely. You got to use the shower. I would love one at home like this. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that could be better is a tea kettle rather being on a table then in a shelf. Very hard to work in there and the steam will bend the shelf after time. But I absolutely loved my stay.

Family of 4 highly recommend!

On our family’s drive home to Denmark from France, my husband and I had a stop over for one night here with our two small children ages 3 and 6. Overall, it was really affordably priced, well located, easy to reach and instructions on parking and check in were very clear and precise. There was even a free welcome drink with small sweets by reception. We reserved a family adjoining room and absolutely loved it. The kids were surprised with complementary coloring paper and pencils and welcome gifts in their room. It made their day after a long drive! Breakfast was also fantastic. Really delicious, lots of options including a menu to order from with no additional cost, very accommodating and flexible. I’ll also just note the staff was incredibly friendly and English speaking wasn’t a problem at all! We would happily stay here again!

Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was accommodating. They even provided free drink coupons when you did not receive housekeeping services. That was a nice perk. The only issue I had was with pick up from ride share services. The drivers were unable to come pick us up from the front of the hotel because it was blocked off. The first driver just canceled because he didn't know how to get there. I eventually found out that there was an underground garage but it was too late by that point. I would still stay there again!
