「The staff where brilliant and incredibly friendly, would have been 5 stars but I do feel like the cleaning in the rooms could have been better. Lots of dust around, surfaces not wiped down properly before arrival and floors could have been cleaned better, there was hairs around the beds and in the bathroom on the floor and dust buildup in the corners of the rooms. Location is great, supermarket next door, lots of places to eat and a lovely walk around the palace gardens which is a 3-4 min walk...

「We stayed there because we thought they had a washing machine/Laundry option. But they didnt. the breakfast was good as was the dinner. the room wasnt super spacious but it was fine. close to phantasieland which was nice」

「Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel...
