A little bit away from the town but a short walk to the tram stop and a half an hour journey was perfect for us. The room was a nice size and very clean solid 9/10

I like the place around 10 minutes walk from the train station and it is clean. I don't like that it is far from the main Hotel. You need to walk 10 minutes to get the room key.

Good location and only a short train ride to Cologne. Very basic facilities. One of the towels was dirty so we had to use one towel for 3 days. Room could have done with a clean. Also no toilet paper and we had to buy some.

Super cheap! No front, to check in you need to operate vending machine like control panel in the door. The good thing is you can select English, the bad thing is the operation is a bit difficult to understand. The hotel has no Aircon, so still hot on mid September. Supermarket is in 5min, Kiosk is in 1min, Train station to city is in 10min to walk. This is the place just for sleeping in the night.

Hi, I had issue with shower water as so hot i tried my level best to adjust it but not succeeded, i ask to lady staff about the matter but not resolved however lady staff was so helpful, My request to management please look the property carefully as guests are paying enough euros

Watch out! Reception and check-in were in another hotel 1km off. I was coming late and the recepcionist (at 1 km off) only commit to wait until 2300'. Should I arrive later than 2300 I would not have had any room but paid for it. Thanks the taxi driver who helped me to arrive to the recepcionist hotel and later drove me to the stay hotel where there is not reception

The property is situated at a very convenient location, barely 10 10-minute walk to the Tram Station at Wesseling. In as much as the reception is digitalized, the management is swift in response to every inquiry. I enjoyed using the spacious fully fitted common kitchen/dining area not to mention the laundry area. Ooh yes, I also enjoyed evening walks at the shore of the Rhine River which is less than 10 minutes' walk from the facility. Orientation on window blinds is what was lacking, but somehow out of curiosity, I managed to get it right so I could enjoy my dark night's sleep. Dies war ein zweites Zuhause. Weiter so!!!

No fan in the bathroom making it incredibly humid, the air conditioner while working did not cool down the room at all so it was incredibly warm in the room at all times making sleep difficult, dirty window shutters, no coat hangars for clothes or a hair dryer.

We stay there because we didn’t no the was the euro cup soccer and is the only one available is 45 minutes away from the city that wasn’t a problem we took the train back in forth is ok fist nothing is in English we don’t understand German to check in you need to walk like 1/2 mile to get the key take us like half in hour to figure out then we stay there 4days 3 nights never came in in empty the garbage can never give us new towels the tv was not working I went walking to the other hotel an tell them that the lady was nice and she came an fixed and the lady said to us this place is two stars is only for sleep ok I totally agree but they never clean the bathroom one more thing the window has this curtain so thin the the sun is so bright the come through and you can’t sleep in the morning by 6am is in your eyes
