「Very nice stay」

「You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.」

「Although the staff was very nice, we were not very happy with the rooms. The decor was nice and the kitchen had everything needed but… Our first room was not cleaned well. The bathroom grout was dirty and the carpet sticky. We moved to another room and although that one was very clean there was an issue with the air conditioning. The room was always very humid. 「Staff was amazing」

「The condo was very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 5. Very close to the beach which was great. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good. However, any other restaurants were about a 20 minute walk. We ate at some places at Atlantis which were great but very expensive! Our condo was in much need of updating/renovating/repairs. It was pretty dated and there were things that needed fixed. Also, when I booked the room, I paid extra for the "ocean view." I was...
