"Hotel is very accessible from various roads and simple to access downtown. Front desk always happy to help. Parking is well-lit and ample. Continental breakfast is predictable but good. Pool is easy to reach with lots of towels available. Very clean. Good beds with lots of pillows. In all, a great restful stay."

"That you had your own suite and own deck. Everything was clean and neat they supplied dishes soap sponge and laundry detergent plus dishwashing stuff. Overall 10/10 recommend very pleased. "

"First time I’ve been to Dover. Great hotel and staff. I know locals who have said the previous owners did not maintain the rooms and facilities well at all. They came to see my room during my stay and were amazed how updated the new owners improved the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Dover. "

"We stayed at Bay Point, but had hoped to be in the main complex at Church Landing. The room was good, but had an odd plastic patio-like desk chair; hard and uncomfortable. Besides a bar/restaurant all other amenities were a few hundred yards away. A nice lake view, and ample parking. "
