「Great」

「The wifi was not very good.」

「:)」

「Great manager and great staff so welcoming clean and great service」

「Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste coz they don't provide. The staff in the morning did not greet.」

「The service desk manager Harshit provides excellent service and help when we arrived late which makes our trip wonderful . Will definitely stay in this hotel again . Absolutely highly recommend」

「Hotel interior needs updating. Bathrooms need major updating. Breakfast is Continental, so do not expect much. There is a Time Hortons steps away from the lobby door for your morning coffee/breakfast. There are families of Ontario housing residents living on the 2nd floor. I understand that people need somewhere to live, but this should be disclosed when booking. If we knew, we would not have picked this hotel Great location to and from the airport, that is the only reason we picked this...

「Very good」

「Overall experience was fine. A bit weird that the restaurant is in the basement. Do not order the burger. Meat is all fat and tasteless.」
