"We arrived at 2:50pm. The front desk lady was smoking outside and talking to a man. When I told her that we were checking in, she didn’t seem helpful. She told us that check in was a 3pm. I told her that we would wait. She got a room for us but I don’t think she was happy. There was another couple checking in too."
