"This is the first time we went to a hotel and the staff ask us to upgrade by ourselves. First, we arrived and the hotel is not easy to reach. We need to asked the tourist centre to help before we get there. After we been to the reception, she asked if we wanted to have breakfast because that was not include in our plan. We chose not to have it. Then she stopped talked to us and kept searching from her own files to try to show us that we can have a better room and our rooms have no good view. We were sweating because we can not found the hotel. But we stay there for more than 5 mins just because she wanted to sell us a better room. I can not really understand. I chose the room and compare the other choice at home. I chose what I want and expect. If I would like to have a better view, I might not choose this hotel. And If I want a better room. I would choose and paid while I pick the room. It is not what I expect to experience when I am already at the reception of the hotel. At the end of the check-in. I can feel like that she was impatient because I listened to her and chose nothing from her. We also use the car park at the day we check-out. There are little space than I expect. We will never choose this hotel again. "

"Convenient location! Two train stations close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy laundry. They bring towels and take laundry but only fully clean room every 3 days if you’re staying longer and that worked fine. Beds were very firm. Breakfast is not great for kids. Sandwiches and soup… gets really boring after a few days. Would appreciate fresh fruit or pastries."

"Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip."

"Laundry was really easy to use and locks with a pin code so no one can take your clothes. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent and frequent."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for Japan standards with three beds and space for three full sized luggage. Only thing was the dust. In the room and public spaces like in the elevator, on top of tv stand, towel racks - there was obvious dust build up. "
