"I can see why this property was booked up before. The staff is amazing and attentive. The property is very well kept compared to others. The room was very spacious. The AC was cold, and I was able to control it which was a plus. The bathroom was spotless and also spacious. Next trip, I be sure to book way in advance to make sure that I end up at this property. Again, the staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) were phenomenal. "

"-entrance is very welcoming, with live music, they take your shoes away (beware if you have stinky socks after long travel) -welcoming green tea is served, which is very nice, very traditional; -staff is amazing, super helpful; -agree with other reviewers - no flexibility- we needed some hard soap and they don’t provide it, I think 5 star hotel for that price with hospitality image as their main goal should provide any soap customer wants, you hardly can wash under your arms with super liquidy soap, why not provide a traditional Japanese herbal hard soap? I don’t think liquid soap is very convenient. - breakfast was really bad - we tried both Japanese and western style - and 2-3 star quality"

"The hotel staff is kind and polite Japan's electrical appliances called Balmuda ? were easy to use and had a good design. I love it!! But it was too small for a room for two people. I want to stay again when I go alone"

"We had a microwave and water heater in the room. The hotel provided the best green tea and coffee. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. We walked to a 7 eleven at 4am. Love that it was close to a train station too! "

"This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "
