「A very basic stay but I got all I needed for a couple nights. My room included a TV, a desk, a mini fridge, some cutlery and dishware, a double bed, and a large bathroom with shower. I will say though that the pillows were so hard that they were unusable for me. There is a front desk and the staff were very responsive the couple times I asked for an iron or an extra plate. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for a couple hours after I had checked out Would stay again if looking for...

「My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts.
