「The property was very quaint. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner. Check in was brief. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even with helping to get a driver for the early morning ride to the airport. 」

「A very basic stay but I got all I needed for a couple nights. My room included a TV, a desk, a mini fridge, some cutlery and dishware, a double bed, and a large bathroom with shower. I will say though that the pillows were so hard that they were unusable for me. There is a front desk and the staff were very responsive the couple times I asked for an iron or an extra plate. 「My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this...

「Loved this hotel. Close to Oxford Street so it’s easy to immerse into the nightlife or find something to eat nearby. I was super impressed with the cleanliness and customer service was top tier.
