「The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit」

「Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again.」

「We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.」

「First of all, EVERYTHING ADVERTISED IS A LIE. THERE IS NO POOL, THERE ARE NOT 3 RESTAURANTS, THERE IS NO BAR, THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK SO THEY GAVE ME A BUCKET OF COLD WATER TO BATHE WITH. THERE ARE NO ROLL AWAY BEDS SO I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL MONEY TO UPGRADE MY ROOM IN ORDER TO GET A BIGGER BED. THE TOTAL THEY CHARGED WAS WAY MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISED ONLINE. THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK. EVERYTHING IS FRAUDULENT. NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR EXPEDIA DOES IT SAY THAT THE POOL AND...

「When I tried to check in I was told that there were no rooms available. I had to insist on being given a room; especially when I had paid full r it more than 2 weeks in advance. Apparently it is something that happens often with the company listing the property. 」

「Dirty dingy towels and bed sheets. Asked for clean ones and was told that is the color. I checked out early to another hotel. Highly inconvenient」

「The hotel is in the center of center of Accra. Old Accra. The neighborhood is a market. Crowded, horrible traffic. I spent 30 mins to circle around the hotel in a taxi! Traffic, everyday! The hotel is old and stinking. The room was big but not clean. And I was astonised about the size of bathroom, so small. Even for an asian, it was small. The most "interesting" part was the restaurant. Before I talked to the hotel manager, they gave only one breakfast for the two of us, though we were staying...

「DK Estates is a very nice place to be. It is located right in the center of town, in a calm and secure neighborhood. However, the appartment can be dusty so make sure to insist on having yours thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. The weakess link and disappointment for us was the pool that was dirty and remained in such a state during our entire weekly stay, despite several reminders to the host. The host was however very welcoming and responsive to other requests.」
