「My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. 「This apartment is located right in the heart of Accra. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The security on the apartment was very good and the receptionists were very helpful, especially Winnard who couldn't do enough for us. 「The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. 「I was a little concerned since the hotel was so reasonably priced. But the service there was great. Everyone went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The accommodations are basic but clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Always ate dinner out so I can't comment on that.
