The staff was lovely and the breakfast was good. The first room was not in good condition at all. The AC, refrigerator and phone were all not working. I asked to be changed room and after some insistence they helped me with that but I would reconsider staying there in the future.

This was once again an amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff and community for making my and my colleague's stay in Ghana a wonderful experience! One of the best gems at the hotel a little bar/bistro area called OASIS. Check it out and enjoy!

The hotel was nice and very accommodating. The hotel staff was also nice and very helpful. The restaurant was not the best when it comes to service. Everything you order, I mean even coffee, takes over 40 minutes before you get it and when you get your food it comes with things you didn’t even order.

I had a fantastic experience at The Alisa Hotel! Dorinda, and her entire team were professional, authentic, experienced, friendly, and kind. Everyone was amazing, from the airport shuttle team, the property gate staff, the reception and lobby teams, the porters, the restaurant and bar staff, to the room staff and parking attendants. The rooms were clean and had a well-stocked coffee and tea station. The hotel staff ensured guests stayed hydrated by replenishing bottled water daily and as needed. The hotel has many amenities and is located in a secure central location. I look forward to returning for future visits and highly recommend The Alisa Hotel!"
