"My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this hotel if we return to Accra "

Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The spa? Absolutely divine. I indulged in two treatments and left feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapists were professional, attentive, and created a truly luxurious experience. Having stayed at other hotels in Accra, I can confidently say that none compare to the Kempinski. It’s not just a hotel ,it’s an experience. Transparent pricing, no hidden charges, and exceptional service throughout. "This apartment is located right in the heart of Accra. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The security on the apartment was very good and the receptionists were very helpful, especially Winnard who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very spacious and Air Conditioning in every room. If I come back to Accra again I would 100% stay here."
