"Service was excellent and staff super nice, friendly and top notch! My room though was not clean. I’m not a very picky person at all when it comes to that and have never complained in my life but had some issues throughout my room that were too much to not notify them about. I personally am not staying here again just for that reason."

"There's a basic gym with everything you need for a short stay, and water refill stations on alternating floors. No refrigerators in the rooms, so you can't save food when restaurants give you enormous portions."

"This day was a basic day, not bad, when they came and cleaned our room, they happen to grab a swimsuit that was brand new and that night they were not able to find it and we spent a week trying to figure out where it was, the staff at the counter was rude for the evening every night, the morning staff was amazing and tried to help, "

"The Riggs is one of my favorite hotels in DC. The ONLY complaint I have is that if you’re going through menopause or perimenopause and hot flashes are your enemy, they put an automatic cap on the AC and you will FRY at night. Me and my girls went from polar bears during the day to Heatmeiser at night and it as not fun. Other than that, it was great. Also, still couldn’t get into the lounge even though I tried to reserve in advance. But there’s so much to do in the area, we weren’t hurting. "

Let's get into the food, too. Dogon was AMAZING as usual, but the in-room dining, brunch experience was to live for as well. From check-in to check-out, top-tier luxury was served!!!"
