My stay at the Eaton Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The property has a warm, modern aesthetic that immediately makes you feel comfortable, with beautiful design touches throughout the lobby, lounge areas, and rooms. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Check-in was quick, and the overall energy of the hotel felt relaxed, creative, and thoughtfully curated. My room was clean, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the lighting was soft and inviting, and the amenities were high-quality. It’s clear that Eaton prioritizes guest comfort and wellness. The hotel also offers great communal spaces — the café, lounge, and restaurants all had a calm, artsy vibe that made it easy to work, unwind, or grab a good meal without having to leave the building. Overall, Eaton Hotel delivers a boutique experience with personality, comfort, and great service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip.
