We phoned reception a couple of times for tea and coffee refills which were brought immediately, including a request for fresh milk. We were very impressed with this hotel, quality and location. All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. 「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」
